TripleClamp Moto Inc. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Items in undamaged and unused condition, in original packaging, may be returned for refund or exchange. TripleClamp Moto Inc. must be contacted for a Return Authorization. Items marked as on Sale may not be returned for refund or exchange. All tires are Final Sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange. 

Returns

PLEASE CONTACT info@tripleclampmoto.com FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Please include your order number when requesting a return authorization.

Please note that any request for returns submitted late is at the sole discretion of TripleClamp Moto Inc. and could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. 

When returning items, please keep your tracking information for your records as your proof of shipment of the return. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection by TripleClamp Moto Inc. Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your item at our fulfillment centre for processing and for the refund to be posted to your account. 

TripleClamp Moto Inc. will not be liable for any returns received that do not comply with our Return Policy.

Special Ordered Items

All special ordered items are Final Sale unless expressly stated by TripleClamp Moto Inc. 

Failed / Refused Deliveries

In case you refuse the package on delivery, refuse to pay applicable fees billed to you by the carrier or do not respond to carrier's messages (by email/phone) or in any other case where the package is returned back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs billed to us by the carrier to bring the package back. Up on receipt we will refund the order minus the shipping cost for the return.

Exchanges

Subject to item availability, and in accordance with our Return Policy, items purchased from TripleClamp Moto Inc. may be exchanged. Simply contact info@tripleclampmoto.com for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping Charges

With the exception of defective or incorrectly shipped items, original and return shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all applicable shipping fees. If requesting a return shipping label from TripleClamp Moto Inc, you will be advised of and responsible for the cost of shipping. We pass on all our shipping discounts from our carriers to you.
